John was great from the first consultation to the installation that he did himself. He was extremely professional, prompt, and helpful with suggestions on what blinds to get and helpful tips about maintenance. Pricing was extremely competitive and the blinds are high quality and look fabulous. 

This is the first review I've ever written for any company. My experience with John was so positive, that I wanted to take the time to share this. I found John on the Internet. I was taking a chance using a company I knew nothing about, but from my first phone call I found him to be very professional and easy to work with. I was able to get an appointment quickly and his quote was very reasonable. My Beautiful plantation shutters came in quickly and his installer was kind and did an exceptional job making sure they were perfect. My experience was so positive, that I will be referring my friends. My only regret is that I didn't know about John when I had drapes made for my other rooms earlier in the year.

10/10 for their service. Not only they provided what is expected but went above and beyond. Owner provided suggestion what is best place to put control and gave free option to put battery near bottom of top window which allow easy access. But real customer service experience was when control was not placed on right side, they came back the next day and fixed control correctly. Not only that, blind installer fixed the hole in the patio door.

I was referred through several friends. John was definitely well-versed in his products and offered a lot of insights in the decision-making process. Overall, the ordering process was easy and quick and the install was even quicker. The new treatments have made our rooms feel more cozy and private and we couldn't be more pleased. We really appreciated the service and input in the process and would definitely recommend John.

Always hesitant when someone offers "free/no strings" estimates, but in this case it was 100% true. Sales person came to my house and spent as much time with me as I needed to see what was available and what was best for my needs. He was professional, knowledgeable and there was no pressure. A few days later, I ordered the blinds -- they called me when they committed to call to set up the install. Installer arrived exactly on time and installed the blinds in less than 1 hour! -- and I love them. The service was excellent, the product is outstanding -- overall experience was great. I would recommend this company to anyone who is needing any type of window treatment.

I ordered plantation shutters for a slider and a kitchen window after I had "shopped around". They earned my trust & business because they were most professional, and knew what they were doing (and were one of few who did not knock the competition). John followed through with everything they promised. The price was competitive and fair. The installation was GREAT, the blinds are AWESOME, and my kitchen improved a ton! Thanks for a GREAT job! Love our new plantation shutters in the living and dining rooms as well as the new solar shades in our kitchen. They did a fantastic job as the sales person John and his installer were friendly and professional and a pleasure to do business with.

Had new draperies and plantation shutters installed and can't believe the difference it makes. Our family room now looks beautiful and we can watch TV with no sun glare! Highly recommend John and his company.

All in all was very pleased. Had one slightly damaged blind that was damaged in shipping that the installer pointed out to me. They reordered a new blind to replace it and they installed it today so everything is great now.

Overall, I was quite impressed with their service. As background, they had installed our blinds approximately four years ago. At that time I was very happy with the service and price. Approximately one week ago one of the blinds became detached. We called up and they came within a few days and fixed the blind at no charge. I certainly would purchase blinds again from them. I was very impressed by the service from John and his team.
